In Santiago, Chile, a social uprising erupts and almost simultaneously the city is struck by a global pandemic that forces a lockdown. The outside world shuts down and our focus shifts to the interior of a condominium, revealing an unexpected multidimensional universe. Two domestic dogs, a belligerent thrush, a colony of ants, plants, technical devices, the barely seen presence of the owners, and voices from beyond its walls—testifying to the social and political crisis, the pandemic, and the private life within the building—all intersect. The relationship among these elements shapes a portrait of an ecosystem, a vision of the world that embraces every form of existence, for which a house is far more than just the home of a few human beings.
