SYNOPSIS
NOTICIAS (News) is a challenge for the viewer. This is partly because its radical point of view creates a sense of the world that is totally different from the prevailing depictions of reality. It is also because the images, many of which are extreme, express a sense of timing, composition and colour that are completely opposite to those we see daily on television and cinema.
